Here are some of our beautiful cherries, which we pick from the middle of December until the middle of January. Some of the varieties we grow are, Lapins, Stella, Bing, Summit, Dawson and Sweat Heart.

We are extremely grateful to be able to have regular Recognised Seasonal Employees (RSEs) from Vanuatu and Fiji. They work extremely well and fill the labour shortages we experience at thinning and harvest time.

We use this open weave weed mat instead of weed spray, which allows water to penetrate. The soil underneath stays moist and loose as the abundance of worms do their work air-rating it.
